DIA India Medical Devices Conference from 21-22 February 2020 I New Delhi, India
The Medical Devices Conference hosted by DIA India on 21st and 22nd February in collaboration with Medical Technology Association of India (MTaI), AIC-AMTZ Medivalley Incubation Council and mDI Europa, is one of the largest gatherings of medical devices professionals in the region.
This initiative is a first for DIA in India and holds promise to be a dynamic multi stakeholder forum for open discussions and collaborations by ensuring patients, regulators, foreign and Indian devices companies and academia all have an equal voice across several thought leadership streams. This forum would include topics ranging from Device Regulations, Materiovigilance and Patient Safety, Device Design and Preclinical Development, Clinical Investigation and Evaluation and Development of New Age Devices and Health Technology Assessment Strategies.

With the ease in Make in India rules international companies have started coming to manufacture in India and are keeping in mind the need for domestic innovation and customization of products as per the local needs. Collaborations of Indian and international companies is being encouraged. The comparative studies in this regard leads to a healthy competition and good for new developments. The ultimate beneficiary of these efforts should be the patient who gets better quality products at competitive costs” said Dr. Upendra Kaul, Chairman Batra Heart Centre and Dean Academics and Research who will be a key speaker at this event
