BioMed X and Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) Collaborates for Neurology Disorders

• BI & BioMed X enters into an agreement to develop strategies for early detection of psychiatric disorders
• The focus of the agreement is for exploring adolescence’s neurobiology for the prevention
  & development of the psychiatric pathologies such as schizophrenia
• In 2014, the companies collaborated and have launched three preclinical researches projects for neurology disorders based on brain microcircuits, mechanisms to modulate innate immunity and treatment for the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
