Johnson & Johnson to Acquire Auris Health for its Monarch Technology for $5.7B

• J&J acquires Auris Health, in allstock transaction for $5.7B as total deal value, including $3.4B upfront in cash and $2.35B milestones. The transaction is expected to close in Q2’19
